Hong Kong, China, Sub-Saharan Africa
With more than 20 years' experience of international issues, Neil Sampson has primary responsibility for the work of Rosenblatt throughout the Far East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
We have a network of local law firms all over the world including the USA, Europe and Russia for overseas companies undertaking business in these jurisdictions.
In China and Hong Kong, our work covers a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate activity, ranging from venture capital, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions to due diligence, corporate restructuring, trade disputes and strategic partnering. We are associated with Kenneth Sit Solicitors in Hong Kong, and Holthuis International Lawyers in China.
We have worked with Japanese companies setting up in the UK and vice-versa. We have a network of advisers in Japan who we call on as needed, and with whom we have encouraging business dialogue.
In Sub-Saharan Africa, Rosenblatt has a growing number of clients in both sovereign governments and the corporate world. Work conducted includes advising on international financial arrangements, manufacturing and distribution, and multi-national arbitration.
In response to client demand, we have set up a one-stop shop at Rosenblatt for all clients conducting or proposing business Japan. We have extensive legal, financial, intellectual property and real estate contacts in Japan that are a great asset to the firm.
