Conor deals with all direct and indirect tax aspects of Corporate Finance and Corporate property transactions. He advises on tax planning arrangements including pre-sale tax planning advice to sellers of private companies and has experience in both onshore and offshore tax planning arrangements. Conor also deals with employment tax issues and advises on approved and unapproved share option and share incentive schemes.
