Profile:
Philip Minnis advises both employers (including limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders and educational establishments) and private individuals (including senior employees and board members) in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters; dealing with issues such as breach of contract, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, maternity related rights and flexible working.
Philip has particular experience of dealing with employment litigation and has managed cases that have been submitted to both Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Philip also advises parties on internal procedures, contractual and policy documents, severance agreements, and assists Rosenblatt’s Corporate and Real Estate departments with employment issues that arise upon asset and share transactions.
