Andrew Kinsey joined Rosenblatt as Head of Real Estate in January 2009, after 6 years as a partner at Nabarro.
With over 16 years experience as a real estate investment lawyer in the UK’s pre-eminent practices, Andrew specialises in the acquisition, disposal, financing, development and management of high value properties. He acts for clients ranging from major UK property companies and local authorities, to significant private foreign investors, banks and funds. Andrew has extensive experience of tax mitigating structures, has coordinated the real estate aspects of significant (up to $1bn) multi-jurisdictional corporate acquisitions and disposals, has extensive offshore experience and has advised on property strategies for PFI/PPP bids.
