Ian Rosenblatt is the Founder and Senior Partner of Rosenblatt and handles capital markets work, M&A, private equity, public and private company takeovers, and debt advice restructuring. He is also heavily involved in firm's litigation practice, particularly cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes and complicated financial transactions.
Ian's clients include a number of FTSE 250 companies; some of the country's better known entrepreneurs and business personalities as well as leading financial institutions.
Ian is also the Founder and Chairman of Redleaf Communications Limited, a leading Public Relations consultancy. His interests outside the firm include the Rosenblatt Recitals Series, an internationally acclaimed series of recitals that take place every month in London and have been running continuously since December 2000. Ian is the sponsor of the BBC Rosenblatt Song Prize (the prize given at BBC Singer of the World competition), and is a trustee of the Susan Chilcott Scholarship Fund.
