Wayne O’Neil is a partner in the firm’s Corporate department. Wayne joined the firm in 2005 and his previous firms included Speechly Bircham and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Wayne’s areas of expertise include private equity transactions, joint venture arrangements, partnership matters, private mergers and acquisitions and debt and property finance. Wayne acts for a number of private and public companies including Digital Marketing Group Plc, The Engine Group, Acuity Capital LLP, Sellar Property Group and Northern and Shell Plc. Wayne also works with a number of business angels and entrepreneurs. Wayne is a leading member of the Firm’s debt and property finance team in which he works with borrowers and lenders on various credit and security arrangements.
Wayne’s practice serves both domestic and international clients and he regularly deals with clients and advisers in multiple jurisdictions.
