Cathy Ley is a Partner and Head of the Projects, Construction and Infrastructure Team at the Firm.

She has more than ten years experience as a projects lawyer, including working for two of the major national law firms (Pinsents and Bevan Brittan) before moving to head up the PPP Law Team at the London Development Agency for the last three years.

She has worked on a range of innovative education, health, housing, commercial development and sports arena projects, and most recently advised on a £150 million project to create, and transfer land and services to, a specialist Olympic Park legacy company for the management of growth and economic development opportunities in East London following completion of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Cathy has a wealth of experience working for both public and private sector clients and has an impressive track record of success in advising bid-side on major projects.
