Claire Nelson joined Rosenblatt in 2006 and has a wide and varied background of real estate transactions. She specialises in acting for both on-shore and off-shore property companies and private investors on the acquisition, disposal, management and funding of real estate investment assets within the UK.
Through acting for off-shore investors, Claire has regularly become involved in complex and often tax driven property structures, financings and tax mitigation arrangements. She works closely with her clients and appreciates team work and good relationships.
