Nick Foss-Pedersen joined Rosenblatt in 2008 and became a partner in the Corporate Department in 2009. He focuses on corporate transactions, including public and private company acquisitions and disposals, primary and secondary equity issues, investments and joint ventures. Nick advises companies and financial advisers on the Takeover Code, the Prospectus Rules, the AIM Rules, the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and general company law.
Nick's recent transactions include advising SPG Media Group Plc on its takeover by Progressive Capital Limited, JO Hambro Capital Management Limited on its takeover of SiRVis IT Plc, Kirkhill Aircraft Parts Co on its acquisition of Avialec International Limited, the shareholders of Fourth Hurdle Consulting Ltd on its sale to IMS Health, Secure Options Group Limited on its acquisitions of Watchman Traffic Limited and Leerose Integrated Systems Limited, the administrators of the Kaupthing Capital Partners II fund on the disposal of its interests in Associated Dental Practices and Phase Eight, Fuse8 on its reverse into a PLUS traded shell and subsequent admission to trading on AIM, Hanson Westhouse Limited on the AIM admission of Betbrokers plc and related placing, Evolution Securities Limited on the secondary equity issue by Proximagen Neuroscience Plc and Cenkos Securities Plc on secondary equity issues by Eco Animal Health Group Plc and Omega Diagnostics Group plc.
