Peter Price is a partner and head of Regulatory and Funds. Peter focuses on regulatory, competition and commercial issues.

Peter advises clients in the investment industry on authorisation, compliance, distribution, product design and enforcement issues. Peter also advises clients on competition and merger control issues, particularly those affecting the regulated industries. Peter has also advised clients on enforcement action taken by regulators including the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Office of Fair Trading.

Peter has spent six months working at the FSA on secondment to the General Counsel’s Division.
