Tom Ferns joined the Firm in 2007 as a Partner and is Head of Corporate.

His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secondary issues and takeovers, public to private transactions and shareholder related issues. He also advises on management buy outs and buy ins, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and partnership matters.

Tom has strong relationships with a number of institutions and corporate finance houses and acts for a number of public and private companies.

As Head of Corporate, Tom leads a strong highly motivated team and has played a key role in the growth and success of the practice.
