Rosenblatt Acts for Kaupthing Capital Partners II on the Sale of Phase Eight

 Rosenblatt Solicitors have advised the administrators of the Kaupthing Capital Partners II fund on the sale of its 49% shareholding in the high street fashion retailer Phase Eight.

Phase Eight was bought by management, backed by Kew Capital. Corporate partner Nick Foss-Pedersen advised the administrators on the sale.
