Rosenblatt acts for Infrastructure India Plc

Rosenblatt Solicitors acted for Infrastructure India Plc on their successful defence of a proposal by Advance UK Trust Plc to remove the existing Board of Directors.

The Company convened an Extraordinary General Meeting in order to consider resolutions to remove the Board, but the resolutions were defeated by over 85% of the votes cast.
