Joseph McCormick joins Rosenblatt as Partner in Dispute Resolution

Leading City law firm, Rosenblatt Limited, today announces that Joseph McCormick has joined the firm as a Partner in its Dispute Resolution practice. Previously with international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, based in its London office, Joseph has significant experience handling complex commercial disputes.
Joseph has represented clients in all forms of dispute resolution, including those involved in High Court litigation cases in London, as well as arbitrations under the rules of the leading international arbitration institutions, including LCIA, ICC and Swiss rules.
He typically represents clients involved in complex, high value, commercial litigation and also international arbitrations, often involving multiple jurisdictions, with issues including breach of contract, negligence, fraud, unfair prejudice, freezing and disclosure orders, misrepresentation and breach of trust. Industry sectors include; Financial Services, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Mining and Commodities.
