Louisa joined Rosenblatt as a Paralegal in 2015 before qualifying as a Solicitor in the Employment team in September 2020. Louisa’s experience includes advising employers on collective redundancies, furlough arrangements, internal investigations relating to grievance and disciplinary processes, advising senior executives on settlement agreements and responding to data subject access requests on behalf of employers. Louisa has also assisted the team in defending various Employment Tribunal claims brought against employers including race discrimination, victimisation, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims.
