Danielle Carr joins Rosenblatt as Partner in Dispute Resolution

Rosenblatt Limited (“Rosenblatt”), the professional legal services company, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its leading Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of a new Partner, Danielle Carr.

Danielle brings considerable expertise in dealing with complex, often cross-border disputes, involving issues such as insolvency, fraud, IP, professional negligence claims, regulation, shareholder disputes, and group litigation. She has worked for a variety of clients including in the TMT, Energy, Banking, and Professional Services sectors, and in emerging areas of law involving cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Danielle is a 2019 Legal 500 UK Recommended Lawyer in commercial litigation, who regularly speaks at global conferences and has appeared as a legal expert on BBC Radio 4. Additionally, she sits on the LexisPSL case analysis specialist panel of authors. Danielle has worked in the UK, Middle East and Australia with international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills. She joins Rosenblatt from SCA Ontier LLP in London.
